SHIPPING AND COLLECTION

1-2 Business Day service; We use a fully tracked service that aims to provide a next day delivery service to all address in the UK excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands. The cost of this service is £7, (as of March 1st 2019) we aim to dispatch orders within one working days of receiving your order. This service is fulfilled by Parcel Force, Customers can now download the My Parcelforce App where you are able to specify any delivery preferences in the event you are not at home as well as a live delivery tracking service that which plots where the driver is and where your parcel is on it’s journey. Parcelforce will also give our customers a one hour delivery window and the name of the driver delivering your parcel! Please note delivery is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.

We use third party delivery companies and while we do everything we possibly can to ensure you receive the service you have asked and paid for, if you want to guarantee the fastest possible delivery, we recommend click and collect from Mortlake but please note that Saturday and Sundays are not business days and our Mortlake office is closed on those days.

2-3 Working Day Delivery; We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service, once your order is complete we will provide you with a tracking number that you can track your parcel with via the following link;

We also offer a Click & Collect option free of charge. Orders are to be collected from Serious Stuff, Mortlake Court, 28 Sheen Lane, SW14 8LW. There is onsite parking should you wish to drive.

We do not do exchanges – please simply reorder the correct item and send back the item you do not want and it will be refunded.  Items must be returned to our Office (please see Returns page) within the allowed time frame and we highly recommend a service requiring signature such as Recorded Delivery.  Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to appear on your card, please note some credit card apps do not show refunds until the statement date so please do check with your provider.
