• Returns No Problem!

    If you need to return an item, you can for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date*

    Serious Stuff offers a 30-day refund policy, refunds are made to the original payment method.

    If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original sellable condition in packaging with the tags still attached.

    N.B. We strongly recommend that all items that are to be returned are done so via Recorded Delivery. The Customer is fully responsible for the return of their parcel. No refunds will be given on any orders that fail to be returned and we are not responsible for any lost parcels without proof of delivery. Alternatively, you are able to exchange the items in person at our office address below.
